About Powder Coating Plus

Powder Coating Plus is located in a 45,000 sq. Ft facility. Our 700/ft state of the art conveyerized production line consists of a four-stage parts washer, six powder spray stations, a dry-off, and curing oven. We also have batch ovens for prototypes, unique sized parts, or parts that will not run efficiently on a conveyerized line. Four of our six spray stations have the ability to reclaim powder which can save you money on the amount of powder required to process your parts. Our process uses only ultra clean Reverse Osmosis water. Our solution is monitored by computer technology and chemicals are dispensed with precision. This removes the human element maintaining consistent chemical levels and balance of the cleaning and phosphatizing solution. Periodically samples are submitted to third parties for corrosion and adhesion testing. We also coordinate with independent third parties to calibrate our ovens for consistent curing temperature and burner parameters. Our final rinse uses water that is as clean or cleaner than the water your dishes are rinsed in at expensive dining.

We are located in the Santa Clarita Valley, just north of Los Angeles, off the I-5 freeway.
